For God has not given us a spirit of Fear and timidity, but of power, love , and self discipline
2 Timothy 1:7 (NLT)
One of the leading killers of man kind is fear! Stress worry, concerns can all lead to heart failure, and heart failure leads to death!
Psalms 55: 4,5 describes the feelings of fear. Your heart pounds, a terror of death, (you feel as if you are going to die) or pending disaster fills you. You can’t stop shaking. People find them selves shaking over dreams, disasters that may or may not happen, some even buy amulets to protect themselves. Proverbs 29:25 warns that the fear of man is but a snare , but trusting God brings safety.
People gasp for air, as they enter panic attacks, anxiety attacks, and nothing in sight! Others build mounds of stress, 1 Peter 5: 7 counsels us to give our cares to God, the world id full of brothers and sisters all facing the same issue as you are (you do not walk alone) if not worse! L.G.L.G. I often mutter in counsel .. Let Go … Let God!
I used to stress out over things I could not control, until a rabbi counseled me in teaching, God has a Realm, he taught, every thing above you ankle belongs to God, ever hear the expression it is up in the air? You are a child, Daniel catching and chasing dust bunnies in the air, wait until the dust settles then put your foot down! Joshua was told when you cross the Jordon, where you put your feet (Plant, to put down) that is yours! Since then I have been free, waiting for God to lay things at my feet then claiming them.
Oh spirit of fear, I am not afraid for Adonai Elohim is with me. Go from me now! Take your lying shadows with you! God does not lie! All my needs will be met. No amount of worry can change that! I bind you, and break your power in my life. I take authority over yo, and drive you from me! For I am a mighty one and can do all things through Yeshua who strengthens me. I will be calm I live for I am in Yeshua my peace (Shalom)
Amayn
I loose the spirit of courage in my life! Freedom! Freedom! Freedom!
Amayn!
