RE Sanhedrin : We will never be a "sadhedrin" lol. Some things Ben are bigger than you and me. I believe fully in the Sanhedrin. I see the necessity of it , to control those that use the term too loosely ( it seems to be a fad growing .We have too long a history to be a fad!)
Indeed if it be of God no man can or shall be able to stop, but at the same time wise congregations will come under its banner in order to bring a commonality of doctrine and definition. The original counsels in Jerusalem was a Sanhedrin whether or not the "Christians" wish to admit it.
The only way to control such persons both you and I know claiming to be "Messianic" and teaching abhorrent or divisive doctrines is by establishing such a body. Yes we both have our fears re Sanhedrins, but some times these bodies can be of advantage.
We have the ability being on the ground floor to bear much influence in its formation so that it may never be gobbled up by Ultra Orthodoxy. ( who continue to arrest to define all that may be Jewish)
Where I am as its Emissary and appointed to counsel now, the Sanhedrin exists.But alas there too before I represent them, I represent its for most leader our head Rabbi, Master and Ha Messiach Y'shua may His name reign in hearts and be blessed before His Father! Amayn and Amayn !

As of this yesterday the name of M'moini ha'Yshua (Streams of Salvation) was registered as a non-profit organization.

Due to a conflict within our newly formed congregation, a new site was located and is currently up and running.

I am not involved nor included in interviewing interested parties for the roles of board members. M'moini ha'Yshua has been given to someone more qualified than I

Who now controls M'moini Ha Y'shua? And again this was done out side a beit din. Once struck is it not customary that all decisions even those of dissolution need full approval ? So far to date my research on such matters point yes.

Second I guess then the new Biet Din will then need a new name. as well (Sad)

Those who control Judeo-Christian Rabbinical Seminary now control M'moini ha'Yshua. no beit din was officially formed due to that it needs more than two on board. otherwise it's not considered legit. any decisions before one is created doesn't need any approval from anyone. no exceptions.

It was my understanding the beit din was originally struck with you . the pastor and my self.
Second maybe in your world that is how things are done, not in mine or those in whose authority I sit.
The congregation will find a house, free to come day and night as it was in the days of old, on my last breath it shall be.
