Position yourself to hear from god!how do u know u have heard from God and not just a good idea-but rather a god thought? Have you actually ever heard the voice of God? Afterall, the bible says 'My children know my voice and follow ...like sheep they only listen to the voice of the Shepherd"

wow-how exciting to actually hear the voice of God. Well, it was good advise about test the spirit and get older and wiser counsel to confirm if you are hearing from god.. It reminded me too that If it is from God it shd line up with the Word of God too!
Yesterday, the pastor from the states- Ps chip spoke on staying out of anxiety and worry-that being stressed, is a sure guarantee that your can't hear from God rather to- "Be still and know"-sometimes I think we bring out problems to God instead of just ourselves and wait on Himhe to bring the answers.
I think Ps Chip is related to the famous Charles Capps?-he shared on how before he came to Australia-he had several speaking engagements-then he lost his wallet-with all the travel docs visa etc in it! Well, he said he cried out to the Lord-"Help" and loose the angels to go get it etc etc.His mum rang up to say bye-and he blurted out His acrs to her-she was a "no cares! pirit filled mighty prayer warrior- she she got Chip to thanks the Lord for all His blessings and brought to his remembrance the past ,andhow god had intervened in the most miraculous ways ans thanks the Lord that he wd again. She got this impression .just before she hung up, that the wallet was somewhere in the house near old clothes. So. she sd bye and then chip thought about it. He went onto his bedroom and then under the bed there was a siutcase with old clothes in it. It was loscked and he thought it can't possibly be there-but on the thought of his mothers words ,he pulled out the suitcase and there under the case was his wallet-it had some puppy dog teeth marks on it-apparently, his daughter has baby sat his cousins dog-and it had taken the wallet and put it there. Well, a word of knowledge or what-it took 5 mins to find his walletagter waiting on the Lord-it was three hours of stress and pressure beofre trying to do it without going to God and waitin on Him! Well, I know which one I wd rather do..God bless -sister and new friend in the Lord!

that's great-please prayer for my mum-she was told today that she had secondary cancer-I think that msg about don't stress was god's warning for me too! bless u too! God loves you and He has good plans for your future

When I was young I assumed many of the "God" thoughts were good thoughts.. for me . But then certain feelings so to speak began to kick in.
No not a booming voice, no thunder, lightning, rushing wind, nothing like that. Just an idea would spring forth. What was interesting I could answer a lot of questions concerning scripture due to these thoughts it would take 7 months for some one to place a bible in my hand ..
From people telling me I was crazy because of the dreams and voice in my head .. I became more acceptant as I saw many of the dreams come to pass... that is when I was able to begin to seperate good thoughts .. and God's voice!

yes. it's getting released form the theology and just taking God at His Word! wow very special that God speaks to you directly...please prayer for me ..I had a distressing call from my sister-my mum had lung cancer and she went to see the specialist and they found another lesion? and cancer (benign?) in the other lung. they want to do another whole body scan -she is eighty one. I am a bit upset ..sorry I best go now as this is not a prayer line ..thanks
