The Promise in His Name (Intro)

God's power has given us every thing we need to life and Godliness, through our knowing of the One who called us to His glory and goodness.
2 Peter 2:3

God's will and testament contains thousands of promises to which you as a believer are heirs. The problem is either we are not aware of them or ... we have not believed enough to acquire or to activate them.

As we look to His name a bit of the hope of His love begins to shine through. As we evoke His name in prayer we remind Him (Elohi) of every promise He has made towards us. Each time we do this we become stronger in the spirit realm and take more ground in our warfare . In this set of teachings Ihope to loose the power with in each of you, and show you the secret that lies within my teachings.
In reviewing some of my past notes I found I could not always use the Christian term “Jehovah” a translation given to Y H V H (Yod – Ha- Vey – Ha) consulting several translations I find English uses “Lord” comparing those against my Hebrew and Aramaic texts I choose to use the term Adoani where it was used and Yod – Ha – Vey – Ha where the letters appear so that as scholars you get the absolute here and not some term or word that may be incorrect.

(Pt 1 ) Adonai Tzid-ke-nu (The Lord our Righteousness)


For if because of the offense (sin) of one man, death ruled through that one man;
how much more will those recieving the overflowing grace, that is the gift of being
considered righteous, rule through the one man Yeshua, the Messiah !

How things work .. one man makes a mess death spreads like a cancer over generations, (Romans 5:12) how can we get out of htis mess? When people ask me “Why does God allow suffering if He is so lovbing”? Simple he does not allow, but He permits, because we started this mess. But He pulls His ace from out of His sleeve (for and expression) Now one gift alone, is not like the offense, one sin bringing judgement and condemnation, but manifested after many offnces, contiunes in spite of the offences , and get this winds up with an aquital (get that in your court of law)
Through that portal opened by one we should have died a thousand deaths. But through the righteous act of one we all are now considered righteous ! (Wierd huh). This is the mystery! Now we can inherit life eternal.
I tell you that sin is the cause of all suffering! And God alone provides a way out!
For Christ alone has suffered for sin the just for the unjust, that He
(and he alone) might bring us to God ...
1 Peter 3:18


Our Lor is out righteousness ! Adonai Tzid-ke-nu! We who can nt be righteous in our selves, He has made a way by being righteous. One of the big lies satan has said is that we are not worthy to aproach our God! But He (Elohi) has made a way! Now we can boldly go to the throne! He has made us worthy! (2 Corinthains 5:2)
Cower no more! Fear not! God is with you! If our Messiah has risen then we too shall rise! As He has conquered He (Yeshua) promises we too shall conquer! When we pray speak with a boldness for we are His righteos ones! Stand in the authority of His name!

Yod- ha- vey – ha m’kaddesh “The one who sanctifies”
Part 2 in series

To be sanctified – To be set apart for sacred use (1 Thessalonians 5:23 , 24)
When we go to the recounting of the wedding feast in Capernaum and we look very closely we find that more is going on there than what one may suspect. Look closely at the description of those vessels.. all are “earthen “ clay , type. They had been washed and purified for sacred use waiting for the master to call. We are those earthen vessels, When they are brought forward, Jesus (Yeshua) has them filled with water , every one in the prophetic class knows that water is symbolic of the word. Fill up with the scriptures of God! Read, study memorize , you can never get enough note as well these are filled to the rim and that means so full that when moved they have a tendency to spill out .. come on spill out!
As they are presented to the “feast” any place that has the need, note that as it touches the lips of the tester the water turns to wine. Our mission is to be ready, filled, and willing! His mission is call , fill and change for those that have needs.
Often we accuse those that read scriptures three times or more a day as being radical or simply legalistic a seemingly generic term applied by many “Christians” to any that might disagree with them . But what bears more meat? One accused of legalism or the one that keeps their “bible” on a mantle above the fire place for display. ?
Once carried and presented the vessel opens up to what is in side. What is the comment ahh yes, you save your best for last! Share! You have an authority in Yeshua as all righteous persons do! Why don’t you know you will even judge over angels? (1 Corinthians 6 : 1-6 ) it is those that are not followers and continue to live as they wish that wind up with nothing ( 1 Corinthians 6: 7 – 10) . So what do we care what they think ?
To Be Sanctified – Made Holy , Purified! (Hebrews 13: 10 – 12)

Our high priest Yeshua (Jesus) died out side the camp , out side the walls, to make us Holy (kaddesh ) By his blood we who were unholy godless , became cleansed. In His blood we were set apart for His purpose.
Nothing in our selves did this , he is the only method of doing it.

To Be Sanctified – To give sanction to as with and oath or vow!

Many reading this (hearing this) will be reminded of those moments of the altar they went through. Maybe it was at a crusade, maybe it was beside a bed or out in a field , or maybe it was a moment of being planted in a snow bank (don’t ask OK? ) . The moment of that day is like a moment in a wedding .
Think about it .. :
Do you ---place a name here take place another name here to have and hold from this day forward …
But rather than that word was it something that sounded like:
I my name here Take you Jesus to have and hold, to accept you in my life, to be faithful too, to serve you, ?
How often have we uttered those words of dedication or rededication and failed? Yet His words call out to us.
I Yeshua am your m’kaddesh . He sanctifies us He is just and willing to forgive. We need to learn from our error and then rise, go, and sin no more!

Pt 3 Adonai – Shalom “The Lord is our Peace”
For God gave us a Spirit who produces not timidity , but power and self discipline.
2 Timothy 1:7

I went through a rough period a phase they say, in my life. Past events in my childhood left me feeling like I had been robbed. Add to that I had a developing curiosity over “spiritual” issues. Merging the two I was off on a quest.
Being a city boy in a farming community lead to bullying, until one day I decided to fight back. While some of my life moved forward most was on a fall back. Some of my closest friends attended church so as they invited me I would go. But nothing was really reaching me. Many ministers painted a bad image in my mind of what heaven was .. they talked about how hot hell got , and told me that heaven was the opposite.. and I hated cold .. no way I was going there. That was until God decided to immerse me in Heaven 101 and I began to get glimpses, yet still I held out, then His presence touched me only once .. and it clicked.
I understood that if I wanted that feeling I had to be near Him, and to be near Him I had to be there and heading where I was I would never feel that feeling again. Add to that I had evidence that God’s power was stronger than the other side, and that side I knew would loose , so who wants to be a looser?
The torment of my life departed, as His spirit took hold, and I found a peace in my life that still governs me in most situations. Still not wanting to identify my self as one of “those” persons , you know those churchy ones, I hid my conversion , but to no avail as my changes in life became evident.
Rejoice in union with the Lord always! I will say it again rejoice! Do not worry about any thing on the contrary make your requests known to God by prayer and petitions with thanksgiving. Then God’s Shalom Rav ( Abundant peace) will keep your hearts and minds safe in union with the Messiah Yeshua (Jesus)

We do not worry about any thing , trust me the spirit calls. When we worry we loose sleep . Troubled minds lead to nervous break downs or worse. We are living in a world plagued in fear. Terrorists seem to rule this day. Remember ?? Some trust in Chariots , some in horses … where do we place our trust? Maybe in Capital Trust. Would it not better to lay our treasure in the vaults of heaven?
We need that peace that passes all understanding, that has such an abundance no room can be found even among the stars. The way to this peace is from the very prince, governor ruler of it .. all hail King Yeshua !
I wrote an other article about how all sicknesses are linked to a lack of trust, and a failure to follow His rules. Rule one :Trust! I love the words of T. D. Jakes .. : “God don’t take you too something , unless He can get you through it ‘Hallelujah!
All the troubles of this world, every trial , test, exam… all serve one purpose, to get you to find that one little nugget (Thanks Bob Evans sr. ) that we can treasure and give God glory over! Praise Him in the good times .. or is it bad times? In the ups or even the downs? In sickness and in health! Give Him (Elohim) glory!

“ … and through His son to reconcile to Himself all things, whether on earth, or in the heaven, making peace through him , through having His son shed his blood by being executed on a stake (cross kjv)

No external source can be found for my tame nature. My constant search for that positive twist I joke and tell people that it is in my blood (my blood type is “B+ “ .. get it Be Positive) even in my creation God left a hidden testimony do not be an O – (Oh negative) ! But more than that God shows me the way where there is no way , .. or at least He does once I settle down and let him …
Satan has a job I teach .. to wipe that sticky smile off your face.. so if ya really want to aggravate him … your job is to keep that smile on … “Sammy , Sammy with that frown.. got your smile on up side down, let us try now to get it right .. put the smile on up side right! “ I used this little poem in children’s class when I taught. You would be surprised how many times it worked!

Part 4 Adonai Shama – The Lord is there
Don't you know that you people are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you.
<1 Corinthians 3:16 CJB>
... for God himself has said , “I will never fail you or abandon you “

Be strong, be bold , don't be afraid or frightened of them, for Adonai your God is going with you. He will neither fail you or abandon you. < Deut 31:5>

I get a lot of calls around 2 – 4 am from “Thomas es” Those gracious people that say “I believe” but at the slightest breeze they are ready to pack up and get out of Dodge. Who is master of the storm, but the very one that created it? We go to school, practice drills, we read, study, and every once in a while what happens .. pop test! Do they do this to see how much we have learned? Or for our benifit to show us that we cn put into practice the new knowledge we attained?
At many marriages they stand and vow “I ___(Fill in blank)__ take you __(Fill in blank__ to have and hold in sickness in health, .. until death do us part.
Here in scripture we see our Messiach say to us I __YESHUA take __Fill in your name__ to have , hold and stay by you even in death!
I have heard people ask “Why has God abandoned me “? The reply is “God has not left you .. you have left God “!
Repentance : You are driving down Main street,and if you are like me your mind goes off on its own journey. You mean to turn right on First Avenue, but if you do not catch your self in time, you see a sign saying “Now leaving the Town of .... “ (Don't ask) . How silly would it be if you came along and there I am sitting on the side of the road.. crying.. you stop and ask me what is wrong and I say “Why did the town leave me”?
The town is right there where I left it! Main street is still running through it , right where they paved it. So who left ? What do I have to do? First stop whining. Second get back in my car, third turn around and fourth head back! (Admitting that I really messed up ..) As you head back into town there is a sign “Welcome now entering the Town of ________ “ No other note saying a condemnatory statement like “And for the idiot that was day dreaming and returning .. about time you got back ..” All truth is parallel . Natural things reflect spiritual things. The town did not leave .. God does not leave. He is omni present so He gets no choice but to stay put since He is every where. I am the one who left, I am the one that needs to repent (turn around) I am the one that needs to come back. The town just waited for me to come to the fact that I am outside (as does God) sitting on the side of the road crying Ben David have mercy on me.”
He calls out “Rise, be made whole , go and sin no more.!”
See how He stands there so patiently , waiting for you .. go to Him He loves you so! Amayn

Part 5 Yod-ha-vey-ha Raphi – Our God who heals

You are to serve Adonai Elohim (The Lord your God) and He will belss your food and your water. I will take away sickness from among you. In your land your women will not miscarry or go barren, and you will live out the full span of your lives.
Sh’mot (Exodus) 23:25,26
But He was wounded because of our crimes (for our transgression – KJV) crushed because of our sins. The disciplining that makes us whole fell upon him, and by His bruises (or in fellowship with Him) we are healed.
Isaiah 53:5 CJB

Sickness can be a weird subject sometimes. Many feel that sickness is caused by sin. Although sin allowed sickness to enter in to the world not all sickness has a spiritual root.
So to the teaching that all sickness comes from sin I challenge that not even the Messiah taught that. True some sicknesses do have a spiritual root (cancer, mental illness, diabetes, obesity) but some of these now come to us through a generational inheritance.
Lets just take one for example.. cancer. Cancer’s root is unforgiveness, but just because a person has cancer we are not to assume that they harbor unforgiveness. Now in my family cancer runs like a generational curse. And so does unforgiveness. Bitterness from one generation to the next, each holding on to the hurt and pain. But then a few of us find God. Those that do I note that they live the fullness of age (well into 90s ) and die a quick death so that there is not much suffering. But those that do not let go and let “God” gain control suffer a long agonizing death at an early age.
The secret to a long healthy, happy life is written here. Serve God! Many Christians mistake my keeping kosher with some form of legalism. The message of being Kosher is “eat healthy”. God loves us so much he worries about what we eat.
To those that assume it is not bound to Christians I submit 1 Corinthians 6: 12-14 where Sha’ul (Paul) says maybe you can eat any thing you want … but will it be helpful? Obesity, hardened arteries, high sugar intakes, what a price we pay. Sexual immorality has spawned diseases that never were known in less than a hundred years ago. As we watch new plagues sweep the earth , we remain as stubborn as ever to do what we wish, and not what God wants. We continue to pick and choose what we will or will not believe. This is not what the Messiah wished for us in our liberty.
As our resources dwindle, and our environment swells in toxicity, yet even from the pulpits they scream for more. We are not to follow men such as these brethren. Our path is not one of choosing what we want , rather what God wants. The message in Torah remains the same today : “Trust me” .
When we live right , eat right. Act right the pay off is large. My friends know I seldom get sick. I do things not to be saved.. for I was saved when m “savior” rescued me. I do things so I may live. The rule says listen to me .. you shall live love God!



Yeshua taught “seek life” ! My grandmother died at a ripe old age of 90 something, and
aunt also both served God. I am today 55 .. using that as a measure, and should Elohim smile upon me and use His sense of humor … I am only half way home!
